We’ll stick to mix tapes and leave the thrilling, grandiose accompaniment to our top local orchestra during Phoenix Symphony’s Season Opener, a sonic boom of a program that includes Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony with a full philharmonic capturing the Ode to Joy finale, John Adams’ On the Transmigration of Souls, and Mozart’s Ave verum corpus.
