Phoenix Design Week is right around the corner and a handful (actually, more than 100) local designers created posters for the annual poster exhibition.
This year’s theme: “Perception.” Interpretation of that theme was left up to the designers when they created their posters and the interpretation is now up to you, as posters are up for popular vote through September 25.
Check out the Phoenix Design Week website for designs and explanations by Jon Garza, Levi Wintering, Jessica Frampton, Mark Dudlik, and Jon Ashcroft (to name a few).
Gladys Garcia submitted “What I perceive of me” (pictured right).
“This poster shows what people can perceive that goes through a designer’s brain,” she writes. “I asked different people to tell me words that they think would go through a designer’s mind at work, and this led me to establish that these words form a perception of what a designer is.”
You can vote on each design once, and the winning posters will be shown from October 5 through 18 at Gallo Blanco in Phoenix.
