On Friday, November 5 and Saturday November 6, the Phoenix Summit Challenge will offer outdoor enthusiasts/workout freaks the biggest beast of a workout, aside from the Ironman Triathlon, this town has to offer.

Now in its sixth year, hikers can choose either a one-day or two-day challenge. If you choose the latter, you’ll need to be king/queen of seven Valley mountains. It means you’ll need to hike Camelback Mountain and Papago Park … in one day.

Last year’s shindig saw 725 registrants so we suggest calling 602-495-5458 or visiting this link to get all over that sooner, rather than later.
