On Wednesday, October 29, Pink Pony in Scottsdale will be teaming up with two local businesses for an evening of wine, cheese, and charcuterie. The event will feature a selection of artisan cheeses supplied by Lara Mulchay of Hot Dish Inc. and wines from winemaker Sam Pillsbury of Pillsbury Wine Co. Pink Pony chef Stephen K. Eldridge will showcase charcuterie and treats. The event, which runs from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., costs $25 per person if booked online and $35 at the door.
