Okay, one more. “I mean, not many girls in contemporary American society today would give their underwear to help a geek like me.” If you didn’t know at least two out of three, well, you’re an idiot. But don’t worry, there’s a way to educate yourself. Every Wednesday, head to ’80s Movie Night at the Rose & Crown Pub to watch some of the most important staples of pop-culture cinema. Movies like Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, The Breakfast Club, and Sixteen Candles (the sources of those immortal quotes) are just three of the countless cinema darlings to come out of that decade. And if you’ve already seen ’em? Well, now you can watch them while getting drunk at the English pub.
