If we’ve learned anything from I Love Lucy, it’s that making wine isn’t a fancy pants excursion Although the Winemaker Dinner probably won’t include anything like Lucille Ball’s famous grape stomping brawl, attendees will get insight into the business of aging grapes to tasty perfection.

The Arizona Biltmore, will host the dinner, the second in a monthly series of dining events held in Wright’s Restaurant featuring wines from California and France. Biltmore chefs Todd Sicolo and Connor Favre will man the four- to six-course menu, while diners have a chance to talk with the winemakers from Rombauer Vineyards about the winery’s noted reds and whites vintages.

Dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m. And, instead of ending in a purple-stained vat match, Port and cigars will conclude the evening.
