Out of the 46 studios and 142 artists participating in the 14th annual Hidden in the Hills Artist Studio Tour and Sale in Cave Creek, one must-check-out spot is David Wheeler’s artsy joint. Studio number 14, as designated on the tour map, is where Wheeler, whose studio can be found tucked away off Highland Road at 40218 North 78th Street, sculpts kiln-manipulated glass works that range from functional bowls to out-there, architecturally inspired decorative pieces.

The two-weekend, six-day tour concludes Sunday, November 28, at various locations throughout Cave Creek.
