Looks as if the Royals may finally vie for the championship this year.

Not those piss-poor, forever-losing Royals of Major League Baseball, but rather the fledgling ballers that represent the squad’s minor-league club in the twelve-team Arizona Rookie League. The Royals, along with the division-leading Giants, Rangers, and Brewers, are on a collision course for the league title during the Arizona Rookie League Championship Game.

The game’s location will be determined following the semifinal matches on Monday, August 30.
