It takes five chefs (one per course) to salute the Big Kahuna at this delectable celebration of Roy’s 20th year in the biz. In addition to hula dancers and flame throwers, there’ll be a Pacific Rim smorgasbord including Tuna Sashimi Tempura Roll with Yuzu Rose Sauce, Sea Scallop Salad with Pinot Grigio Grape Seed Vinaigrette, Crispy Pan Seared & Steamed Hawaiian Snapper, Guava Grilled Wild Boar with Sweet Potato Dressing, and — certainly not least — Warm Peanut Butter Creme Brulee Chocolate Souffle.
