Head to downtown Glendale for the city’s Glitter & Glow Block Party Saturday, January 12, starting at 4 p.m. The bash flips the switch on Glendale Glitters when it ends at 10:30 p.m., turning off the lights until next winter. But don’t fret; there will be plenty to bouy your spirits, including live music, food, and hot air balloons at 59th and Glendale avenues.
