The milkshake has come a long way since its birth in 1885. She has made friends with all sorts of ingredients like strawberries, vanilla, and chocolate, moved into pretty metal cups, managed to bring all the boys to the yard, and now she even has her very own pop-up shop.
June is officially dairy month and to celebrate, the Arizona Dairy Council has been popping up at Valley restaurants with its Moooving Milkshake Shop. Catch the roaming shop at its final stop from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, June 24 for and sip on chef Stephen Jones’ shakes including Arizona Sweet Corn and Blueberry Crunch, Nutella, and Medjool Date at Cityscape’s newest restaurant, Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails. Quantities will be limited and prices vary.
