The Jack in the Box Celebrity Shootout describes itself as “the gold standard of celebrity basketball games,” which, if true, is a good thing, because, you know, there are simply too many second-rate celebrity basketball games out there nowadays.

The tenth-annual edition could also be described as the Schrödinger’s cat of big-baller basketball games, because, as of press time, this year’s roster was still unreleased. This means that technically, every celebrity in the world simultaneously is and is not on that roster.
