Well, coach Charli Turner Thorne’s crew has been whomping up on everybody without a brand name, but coming out on the wrong end of hard-fought games against bigger programs such as Oklahoma, Florida, and Texas. This bodes ill against tonight’s opponent, the Stanford Cardinal, as coach Tara VanDerveer’s perennial powerhouse was ranked No. 3 in the country at press time.
