Whereas the visiting rockers are a tad tongue-in-cheek, Life Suspended goes hook-in-flesh to create living performance art that’s not for the squeamish. The Horns & Halos crew’s annual sinful shindig entices everyone from newbies to studded leather badasses and rivetheads to indulge their kinky wild side. Variety is the spice of life, so there’ll be music by local industrial act Hardwire and DJing from Beautiful John and the Pneumatic Fist duo. Live stage performances from Defenz Mechanizm and Katrina Rainsong & Nathan Machuta will titillate, while the fetish vendor bazaar beckons everyone to up their game.
