Independent Journalism in Phoenix Needs You
We need to raise $15,000 by August 9 to support the reporting our community depends on. Reader support keeps us independent and is playing a larger role in funding local journalism and shaping what comes next. If you believe independent local journalism matters, make a contribution today.
As we’re being all hot and laying around in our own filth in our apartments, the Phoenix Art Museum seems to be super ambitious this summer. Take Wednesday, July 14, for example. On that day, the museum offers a rad event.
Namely, the Drop-in Studio: Cézanne’s Obsession, a participatory shindig that allows artsy-fartsy creative types in the making to release their inner French Post-Impressionist during the still-life course. It should be easy to gain some inspiration to sling some paint, especially because PAM is currently displaying the “Cézanne and American Modernism” exhibit.
