It may be a dry heat, but every desert rat knows that the best way to stay cool is to get wet.
For the past 42 years, Big Surf Waterpark has been helping hot and sweaty Arizonans feel like beach boys and California girls throughout the long, hot summers. From soaking up the sun at the Waikiki Beach wave pool to barreling down the Hurricane and Tornado Twister slides, there are plenty of ways to chill out. This year, the park will debut new cabanas and revisit one of their original traditions with surfing sessions in the wave pool.
