This Thursday, be thankful for food, family, and a chance to break away from the house for an hour of outdoor me-time.

Sutra’s Gratitude Flow will return for a fourth year to Coronado Park. This all-levels class will be open to members and non-members alike and will be taught by Sutra lead instructor, Angie Hall.

While this event is free, Sutra Midtown will accept cash donations to benefit Gabriel’s Angels, a local program that provides pet therapy for abused and neglected children.

Sutra’s Fourth Annual Gratitude Flow strikes a pose November 28 at 10:30 a.m. For more information, visit Sutra Midtown online.
