Thanks to Ticoz in Central Phoenix, you dont have to find out what a “resto-bar” is from Google — you just have to walk inside. As both a modern Latin-style eatery, and an inviting, trendy hangout, Ticoz makes the balancing act look easy.

But fair warning: after a few daily drink specials and reverse happy hour our own balancing act gets a little harder. Pick from their list of favorite Latin classics, such as sangria and mojitos, or fruit-infused martinis, pay half the price, and don’t say we didn’t warn you.

(Recipe after the jump.)

Ingredients:
2 oz. Orange vodka
1/4 oz. Blood Orange Syrup
1 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice

In a shaker combine all ingredients over ice. Shake it, baby. Pour contents into chilled martini glass and garnish with a an orange slice. A couple of these and it’s time for a resto.
