favorite drinking establishments, complete with recipe.
This week: The Bruiser at Arcadia Tavern
Leave it to Arcadia Tavern, the friendly neighborhood sports bar located in the heart of the Arcadia neighborhood, to have a specialty cocktail made with Guinness Stout.
Yes, a cocktail made with part vodka, part beer, is far from your average chick drink but the espresso and vanilla vodka make for an interestingly java flavored accompaniment to the smooth texture and mild flavor of the Guinness.
The taste might even trick you into thinking you’re getting a pick me up when really you’re just getting a smooth buzz.

Ingredients:
1 oz. Espresso Vodka
1 oz. Stoli Vanilla
3 oz. Guinness Stout
In a pint glass combine ice, vanilla stoli and espresso vodka. Top off with Guinness. Garnishes are for girls.
