Before the disintegration of the ASU Baseball team in the 2008 playoffs, the Sun Devils suffered an even more disconcerting collapse last May 7. That’s when the then-fourth-ranked Devils traveled to the Little Apple (Manhattan, Kansas) and lost to a not-that-good Kansas State Wildcats club. The Devils seek sweet, sweet revenge when the ’Cats – who opened the season with an impressive series victory over Houston – come to town for a two-game series.
