So there you are, a couple of average Americans toodling along in Paris’ Alma Tunnel, when all friggin’ hell breaks loose in the form of the car crash that killed Princess Diana and Dodi Al Fayed. What do you do? Well, since you’re average Americans, you probably seek therapy – lots and lots of therapy – and then write a book about the experience.

The Americans are Jack and Robin Firestone. The book is Chasing Diana. The co-authors say the work chronicling the 1997 crash and its tangled aftermath is an expression of “the overwhelming effects resulting from being placed at a crossroads in history.”
