You know a drinking establishment is doing something right when you’re comfortable sipping a cocktail next to a ginormous picture of Sheriff Blow Joe.
That drinking establishment is The Grind and that “something right” is The Ramones Gin Fizz.

Ingredients:
2 oz Plymouth Gin
½ fresh squeezed lemon
1 fresh squeezed lime
1 oz fresh egg whites
1 ½ oz simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Add one scoop of ice and shake for one full minute (no dipping out early, hard work pays in fizz). Strain contents into a Pilsner glass and top off with soda water. Garnish with a wedge of lemon and lime. While facing toward a specific picture on the wall, hold your middle finger around the straw and sip. Smoooooth, aint it?
