Don’t cite anything within The Reverence Library; the series of pocket-sized enclopedias is full of (beautifully written and illustrated) lies.

Scottish founders Jez Burrows and Lizzy Stewart set out to create the books with a team of creatives who cover topics “inspired by fact and reworked by fiction.”

“You might learn somethings, but likely not,” Stewart writes. “Mostly you’ll read some great writing and enjoy some fun illustrations”
