Cafe ZuZu in Scottsdale’s Hotel Valley Ho is a great escape from the regular after-work bar scene, and while you might not want to share a secret over conversations in the booth area (echo alert), all secrets are safe at the bar … perhaps until you’ve had one too many.
Weekdays from 4 to 7 p.m. is ZuZu happy hour, which means $3 cocktails, including the ZuZu Senorita, a happy (and cheap) take on the restaurant/bar’s house margarita.
Ingredients: – 1.5 oz Sauza Gold Tequila- 1/4 oz agave nectar- juice of one lime
Method: 1. Pour ingredients into shaker with ice.2. Shake (duh).3. Serve in a iced, salted bucket glass. 4. Garnish with lime
