There are countless questions relating to our existence and the scope of truth and reality. It can be all too easy to gloss over those tough questions when there are so many Kardashian spinoffs and seemingly endless installments of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo in the DVR queue. But, for those thirsting for views on life with meaning and substance (and beyond E! Entertainment Television), there is reprieve.
It comes in the form of The Storytelling of Science, a panel discussion featuring a collective of intellectuals, award-winning writers, and scientists in varying fields who will discuss the importance of keeping our thirst for knowledge, truth, and possibility alive.
Attendees will get an earful from NOVA regular and “Sexiest Astrophysicist Alive” Neil deGrasse Tyson, four-time National News Emmy award-winning journalist and documentarian Tracy Day, and veteran NPR science correspondent Ira Flatow. Together they will spark a desire to keep asking questions and keep that fire lit for future generations. Kardashians be damned!
