It’s that time of year again: the time when Downtown’s Willo Historic District homeowners open their doors to strangers and let them gawk at their belongings.

This year’s event, scheduled for Sunday, Februray 12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., will feature homes in the neighborhood that were built in the 1920s and ’30s.

The district, which stretches east to west from Seventh to Central avenues north to south from McDowell to Thomas roads, features homes in the Tudor, Spanish, and Bungalow style, according to the Willo Historic District website.

With a tour ticket (available for $18 the day of the tour), free trolley cars will be available between different homes on the tour and the street fair, at which local vendors will be selling food, handcrafted goods, gifts, jewelry, antiques, and local artwork.

Tickets can be purchased the day of the event at the neighborhood park at 3rd Avenue and Holly.
