Most of us daytime working stiffs get our clubbing and drinking done on Friday and Saturday nights, but what about all those poor schlubs who serve us food and booze on our weekend benders? When do they get to ruin their livers? The poor babies have to sneak it during the week, and, boy, have they got their work cut out for them. While we hop from club to bar to club teeming with people, the weekday warriors are forced to ferret out happening parties, and they’re lucky if they can find one to grab onto for the night.
