Steve Nash might not be long for the Valley. Fact is, the Phoenix Suns are a cut below the top teams in the NBA, and 36-year-old star point guards dont usually fit well into the plans of rebuilding teams. With all of the rumors of the star baller leaving Phoenix either via trade or for a career in politics its possible that Nash will play his last game as a Sun before the winter ends.
Tonights game between the Suns and the Los Angeles Clippers at US Airways Center is a perfect opportunity to appreciate Nashs talents while theyre still here. The Clippers have been terrible at defending the three-point shot, and their transition defense has been almost nonexistent at times. In other words, the Clippers are exactly the sort of team that Nash has made a career out of abusing.
