‘Between Two Worlds’

Moving nearly 9,000 miles from Mumbai, India to Chandler, Arizona prompted Shachi Kale to begin drawing and painting as a way to express her emotions, which she often explored through the narratives and imagery of Western fairy tales. Now her lively artworks are featured in a new exhibition titled “Between Two Worlds,” which is on view inside the gallery at Chandler Center for the Arts, 250 North Arizona Avenue, Chandler.
