Paint with Your Feet

One new idea for every day in 2011. We're talking big, small, local, international, in action and on the drawing board. Here's today's -- what's yours?

The artists and interactive gurus behind YesYesNo just posted the results of their newest software that allows runners to paint as they run.

The collective paired up with Nike for the release of the new Free Run+ 2 City Pack series. Using Nike+ GPS run data, the software creates visuals based on running statistics including speed, pace, and style.

Runners can then digitally manipulate the color and texture of the graphics, which can be printed or etched into the top of a shoebox.

Nike representatives write that the software isn't quite ready to be released, but that they hope you're ready to make your morning run a little more artistic.
