When it comes to the artistic aspects of nature, Henry David Thoreau said it best: “Nature is full of genius, full of the divinity; so that not a snowflake escapes its fashioning hand.” To bring both the genius of nature and the ingenuity of art together in a seamless and compelling way takes talent.

Ballet Arizona and The Phoenix Botanical Gardens have joined forces in an attempt to bring together the creative and divine. MOMIX: Botanica is a breathtaking, surrealist show with an eclectic score, elaborate costumes, and giant puppetry designed by the acclaimed production designer of Cirque du Soleil and Disney. The performance follows the natural changes of the earth and of life.
