We'll admit, we're not the biggest fans of the gym -- the fluorescent lighting, the sweaty equipment, the high-fiving...

When push comes to shove, we prefer to workout the way nature intended -- outside... on a luxury pool duck... followed by a happy hour. Which is why this Thursday, we're grabbing our mats and our sunscreen and heading on over to the W Scottsdale for some Free Flow yoga.

Running every Thursday through May 30, this complimentary yoga series offers hour-long classes from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. lead by a variety of certified instructor on the glamorous Wet Deck of the W Scottsdale.

Free Flow is hosted in part by Lululemon Athletica and features live music by DJ "Q" and yogi DJ John Salisbury as well as a yoga happy hour from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. For more information call the W at 480-970-2100 or visit the event on Facebook.
