GLOWfest is an all-out party and music festival, first started by two Indiana University students, landing right here in the Valley September 22. Headliner Avicii is a house superstar basking in the afterglow of dominating Music Fest in Miami, Electronic Daisy Carnival and Identity Fest, and is prepared to take on Mesa with a lineup including Chiddy Bang, Cazzette, Silver Medallion and Warm Brew.
