Monday Night Chef’s Table Featuring Sebastiani Vineyards

The Monday Night Chef’s Table series at ZuZu at the Hotel Valley Ho returns today. This four-course dinner will feature winemaker Mark Lyon of Sebastiani Vineyards & Winery and will be his last dinner under the Sebastiani label. The winery, founded in Sonoma, California in 1904, produces single-vineyard and sub-appellation wines. Attendees will try four pours including the Gravel Bed Red 2013. The seasonal menu includes plates like seared Hawaiian tuna, herb-roasted Wagyu beef striploin and braised short rib, and chocolate cheesecake with cherry compote. LDV Wine Dinner Featuring Chef Josh Hebert of Posh

Chef Joshua Hebert of Posh and winemaker Curt Dunham of LDV Winery have teamed up to serve a five-course meal paired with LDV wines at the LDV Gallery in Scottsdale. Sample courses include white asparagus with miso and charred radicchio salad served with a glass of LDV's 2013 Sky Island Viognier. LaZarre Wine Dinner at Cowboy Ciao

This Tuesday, Cowboy Ciao in Scottsdale will host veteran California-based Central Coast vineyard owner/winemaker Adam LaZarre of LaZarre Wines in a rematch of the battle of the bottles against Cowboy Ciao owner and self-described "wino" Peter Kasperski. Guests will enjoy a five-course dinner with two tastings per course and will then be invited to vote on which wine paired better with each dish. Tickets cost $60. ZD Wine Dinner at El Chorro

Paradise Valley's El Chorro will host a five-course dinner paired with ZD Wines this Wednesday. The event will be hosted by the President of ZD Wines, Brent deLeuze. Sample courses include sumac-crusted lamb chop served with golden raisin couscous and pomegranate glaze paired with ZD Founders Reserve Pinot Noir. Tickets cost $130 per person and include tax and tip.
