The sandwich, which cost us $7.31, incorporates melted cheese on a soft hoagie roll layered high with sliced steak. We ordered it without the grilled onions, for our breath’s sake, but order it with if you wish.
After ordering at the counter, you can choose to take the food to go or sit down and eat it there. Napkins are a definite must with this sandwich, since the cheese jumped onto our face upon our first bite and the juice from the meat ran down our hands.
Not much of a Philly Cheese steak fan? Corleone’s also offers pizza and other sandwiches.
What about a #9 Old Country Italian Hoagie? This sandwich is loaded with all the typical Italian meats, in addition to Provolone cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
The thin crust pizzas are made to order and start at $10.99 for a small one or $13.99. Single slices of cheese pizza are two dollars each and three dollars for a slice with meat.
Corleone’s currently has four Valley locations.
We ate at the new Paradise Valley location at Tatum and Shea, located between Rusconi’s American Kitchen and Panda Express.
