Four Peaks Brewery & AZ Distilling Co. Cocktail Dinner at The Gladly

Put some local in your glass this Monday at The Gladly, which will host a cocktail dinner featuring Four Peaks Brewery and Arizona Distilling Company. The six-course dinner will include dishes such as frog legs with Homeboy’s jalapeno hot sauce, celery puree, and blue cheese and yuzu pork shoulder tostones with avocado and tomatillo sauce and queso fresco will be served alongside beverages made with some of The Valley’s finest liquors and brews. Featured cocktail will include Copper City moonshine with apricot, sudachi, honey syrup, and Four Peaks Sunbru and Copper City bourbon with Martell VSOP, Agricanto cherry liqueur, Ramazotti Amaro, Four Peaks oatmeal stout foam, and Chinese five-spice. One Year Birthday Celebration at SumoMaya

This week you can celebrate SumoMaya’s first birthday and support local non-profit Arizona Friends of Foster Children Foundation. On Thursday the Scottsdale restaurant will donate $4 out of every $5 spent on SumoRita cocktails to the foundation. In addition, SumoMaya will also be offering $2 off glass pours of wine and specialty cocktails, and $1 off draft beer. Food offerings such as $3 salmon avocado handrolls, $7 bacon wrapped medjool dates, and specialty tacos will also be available. International Sushi Day at Sushi Roku

Although you may still be recovering from National Donut Day, it’s time to rally for this week’s much healthier International Sushi Day. Fortunately, Sushi Roku has the holiday on lock with a gourmet four-course tasting menu with sake pairings. From 5 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, guests can enjoy courses such as Salmon Sashimi Carpaccio, fresh oysters, and Hennessey XO-infused desserts.
