Truck Stop Tuesday at Yard Bird + The Larder
Tuesday, August 18

This Tuesday, Chef Stephen Jones of DeSoto Central Market is bringing diners a menu inspired by “great truck stop cafes across America.” From 5 to 9 p.m., items such as AZ beef meatloaf with BBQ flavors ($8), creamed corn, scalloped potatoes, and carrot raisin slaw will be served up at Yard Bird + The Larder. To add to the essence of truck stop authenticity, guests can wash down the meal with a “40,” or a 40-ounce bottle of malt liquor.
