“All Things Amari” Dinner at The Parlor
Tuesday, August 25The Parlor will continue its popular cocktail dinner series on Tuesday with an All Things Amari-themed meal. Amari, bitter herbal liqueurs often made in Italy and served as an apéritif or digestif, will be used to prepare cocktails that will be served alongside three paired courses. Beer Dinner at 8-Bit Aleworks

8-Bit Brewery is now 8-Bit Aleworks, and this week, it’ll be hosting its first beer-tasting dinner to celebrate. Teaming up with Frites Street food truck, Aleworks will offer pairings such as Extra Life Amber with a candied bacon salad with bacon fat confit tomatoes, and White Mage Wit with moules frites in witbier butter sauce.
