On Saturday, chef/owner Matt Schweitzer of Hilltop Kitchen and Marrow Kitchen in Tacoma, Washington, will join forces with Elements at the Sanctuary for a four-course, PNW-inspired meal. Starting at 6 p.m., the dinner will include courses such as Seattle-style salmon, fish and chips, and a peanut butter ice cream with Yakima raspberry curd, peanut crisp, and whole milk panna cotta. Grand Opening of Provision Coffee Bar and Palette Collective

The newest addition to Chandler’s growing culinary community is opening its doors to the public on Saturday. From 7 to 10 p.m., Provision Coffee Bar and Palette Collective, a salon, will host a grand opening with complimentary food and drinks for those who stop by to meet the staff and stylists.
