Cheese lovers rejoice! Gina’s Homemade is adding five new fine Italian cheeses to the family.

Gina’s new cheese flavors include Truly Truffle, Rhone Rhanger, Café Ole, Scarborough Fair, and Keep it Green.

All five will be mild aged and individually flavored with:

*Truly Truffle: black truffle bits.

*Rhone Rhanger: Herbs d’Provence.

*Café Ole: espresso.

*Scarborough Fair: honey and lavender.

*Keep it Green: jalapeño.

The cheeses will be available at AJ’s Fine Foods, Whole Foods Market, Gina’s Homemade, Beckett’s Table and Grassroots Kitchen & Tap with more locations coming in the future.

These cheeses are made using a process called Scamorza, which involves coating the cheese in wax on the outside and hanging it with string.

Sizes will range from 4 to 8 ounces and prices from $6-12.
