It’s artichoke season, y’all, which means we’re looking forward to peeling and devouring as many ‘chokes as we can get our hands on.

This weekend Singh Farms in Scottsdale will be getting in on the artichoke action with their Aritchoke Extravaganza on Saturday, May 4.
In celebration of artichoke season they’re offering fresh-picked artichokes for $.50 a pop. And in case you’re intimidated by all those leaves, they’ll also have a chef on-site to help guests figure out how to grow, harvest and prepare the veggie.
