New Year’s Eve is right around the corner and many reservations are already booked. But it’s not too late to secure a spot for a delicious meal on Dec. 31. Whether you’re in search of a casual but festive dinner or a sumptuous, swanky multi-course feast, Valley restaurants are ready to pull out all the stops to toast the end of 2025.

Here are 10 restaurants around the Valley hosting unique dinners to celebrate the New Year.

Sexy Roman

7277 E. Camelback Road, Scottsdale
Sexy Roman wants its diners to live la dolce vita during its prix fixe dinner and New Year’s Eve celebration. The W Hotel’s signature restaurant, helmed by chef Jason Franey, will serve a four-course dinner of Italian favorites in its sophisticated dining room. Starter options include tuna crudo with crispy olive and harissa. Going all out? Add on a seafood tower while you’re at it. For the next course, opt for Sexy Roman’s burrata-stuffed tortellini with short-rib ragu. Entree options include filet mignon, chicken parmesan and roasted salmon, along with sides or creamed spinach and parmesan fries. Cap your meal with housemade gelato or the restaurant’s Instagrammable tiramisu. A wine pairing is available with the meal, or take this celebratory moment to summon Sexy Roman’s roving martini cart to your table. In addition to festive decor and party favors, a DJ will perform from 8 p.m. until 12:30 a.m.  Reservations are available on OpenTable. The first seating, from 5 to 7:15 p.m., is $175; the second seating, from 8 to 10:30 p.m. is $250 and includes a midnight toast.

TJ Culp’s charming downtown French bistro has an extravagant four-course menu planned for its annual New Year’s Eve dinner. Kick off your dinner at Sottise with fruit de mer — fresh oysters, jumbo tiger prawns and crab aioli. Among second course options is warmed bucheron. This goat’s milk cheese is served with white wine-poached pears, a hazelnut vinaigrette and endive. Third course selections include Dover sole, classic duck confit, steak au poivre or mushroom risotto. Pasty chef Crystal Kass has planned a festive finale: Baked Alaska, made with vanilla sponge cake, lime sherbert, maraschino cherry and meringue, which will be finished tableside with a Chartreuse flambe. Dinner is $125 per person. Reservations can be made on Tock.

Feringhee, Chandler’s modern, elevated Indian restaurant, has two dining options for New Year’s Eve. Head chef Vikas Rana has crafted two four-course dinners. The first, for those who are seated between 5 and 7 p.m., is inspired by the mellow charm of golden hour. Diners will be welcomed with a glass of prosecco, and the meal includes two cocktails ($75). The Midnight Reserve dinner, for those seated after 8 p.m., is centered around rich, aromatic spices. This meal includes unlimited cocktails, in-house music and a prosecco toast at midnight ($85). Citizen Public House

Chef Bernie Kantak’s moody Scottsdale gastropub has a three-course meal of cozy New American dishes lined up for New Year’s Eve. Citizen Public House diners can opt for starters such as New England seafood chowder, Kantak’s classic chopped salad or burrata served with broccolini and red-chile pistachio pesto, oven-roasted garlic and Noble Bread. Entree selections include Citizen’s coffee-rubbed short ribs and pan-roasted halibut, or splurge with a 14-ounce ribeye (for an additional $20). Dessert options include blueberry bread pudding or chocolate cheesecake. Citizen’s tasting menu is $80; reservations may be made on OpenTable. Kantak’s sibling restaurants, Beginner’s Luck and The Gladly, are likewise offering prix fixe dinner service on New Year’s Eve.

Persepshen, the organic, locavore restaurant from chefs Jason and Katherine Dwight, has crafted a six-course paired dinner to mark the end of 2025. The dinner will highlight growers, ranchers and beverage makers that supply the Dwights’ restaurant. Dinner will start with wood-fired pizza and Tombstone Brewing Co. beer on Persepshen’s patio. Then, guests will head inside for the rest of the meal, which will also include a black truffle Mediterranean salad paired with a pomegranate martini, a 90-day dry-aged Iberico pork rib paired with Arizona Sake Nama and a dark chocolate torte paired with Whiskey Del Bac-spiked cowboy coffee. Looking for a festive but unfussy dinner out on New Year’s? SanTan Brewing Co.’s downtown Chandler pub has you covered with a special menu, drinks and a complimentary SanTan Espresso Martini toast at midnight. There’s no prix fixe menu here. Instead, diners can choose from evening specials such as fried calamari, Cajun crab cakes, a half roasted chicken and smoked prime rib. Both of those meats come with garlic-shallot scalloped potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts and a savory pan jus. Savor your meal with one of SanTan’s craft brews, like its signature Juicy Jack Hazy IPA. Reservations and specials begin at 5 p.m. Save your table on SanTan’s website

The Americano, the upscale Italian steakhouse helmed by chefs Beau MacMillan and Peter McQuaid, will transform into Midnight Supper Club for New Year’s Eve. The north Scottsdale restaurant has planned a luxe four-course meal for the occasion. Servers will drop starters for the table. Then, consider Maine lobster tortellini with sherry cream, Santa Barbara uni, citrus, chile and lobster nage for your next course. Choose from a Two Wash Ranch guinea hen or Veal Chop Saltimbocca as an entree. A selection of desserts will finish the meal. Diners can choose from decadent add-ons and wine pairings. There are two dinner seatings ($175 and $225). The second seating includes an additional appetizer, party favors and live entertainment. Dinner reservations may be made on OpenTable.

The Brickyard

The Brickyard is a destination not only for cocktails but also for plussed-up New American small plates. The downtown Chandler lounge has put together a four-course dinner that can be paired with the bar’s top-shelf tipples. Diners will be greeted with an amuse bouche and welcome punch, then can select starters, such as a savory mushroom toast. A salad course includes green goddess-dressed romaine hearts. Savor scallops, duck breast or short rib ribolitta for your entree. A New York sour or smoky anejo old fashioned can be paired with those mains. End your meal with yuzu cheesecake or cinnamon and golden raisin cobbler with spiced apple pie ice cream. Meal pricing varies based on entree selection ($75-95); the cocktail pairing is $50. The Global Ambassador has several spots where you can eat, drink and ring in the New Year. The Arcadia hotel’s French steakhouse, Le Âme, has crafted a three-course meal ideal for a group. Table starters include truffled brie baguette, shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad and onion dip with potato chips, to which you can add osetra caviar. Short rib bourguignon, lobster bucatini, Dover sole or a 10-ounce Wagyu rib cap are among the main dishes. Those are served with butter-whipped potatoes, garlic butter noodles and crispy Brussels sprouts. Tuck into a toffee and pecan gateaux, classic creme brulee or decadent molten chocolate cake for dessert. The restaurant offers two seatings for dinner ($185 and $250). Continue your evening in the Lobby Bar, where you can reserve a table, vibe to live music and toast the New Year with a martini. Reservations may be made on OpenTable.

Beckett’s Table

Beckett’s Table has been a classic Phoenix gathering place for 15 years. The restaurant, helmed by chef Justin Beckett, his wife Michelle and their friends and sommeliers Scott and Katie Stephens, has lined up a three-course meal for New Year’s revelers. Creamy lobster bisque, potato-leek tart or burrata with roasted winter vegetables start off the meal. Then, choose from entrees like beef stroganoff ravioli or a chicken and duck confit roulade. Close out with a chocolate espresso mousse or lemon cake with vanilla bean cream and huckleberry compote. The menu is $109 per person and the only offering at Beckett’s Table on New Year’s Eve.
