We caught an interesting story this morning on KJZZ, the local NPR affiliate, about imposter chiles. Reporter Mónica Ortiz Uribe traveled to Hatch, New Mexico to talk to chile growers about a new law that makes it a crime in that state to lie about a chile’s authenticity.
