Happy Birthday BLT Steak! Tonight, BLT Steak at Camelback Inn will be celebrating their 2nd birthday with a special evening of wine and food. The night begins with a wine reception at 6 p.m. and continues with a 5 course dinner prepared by Chef Laurent Tourondel. Dinner will feature Hiramasa Ceviche, Pan Roasted Sea Scallops, Sole Paupiette, Salt Crust Rib “Eye” Roast with Foie Gras Bone Marrow Chaud Froid and Meyer Lemon Panna Cotta for dessert. An interactive wine tasting and discussion with over a dozen winery’s will compliment the meal. Tickets for tonight’s event are $95++ per person. More Bacon Please!
We are not completely over the bacon trend quite yet, let’s face it, bacon is still pretty amazing. This idea made us really happy and a little disappointed that we never thought of it. Cinnamon Rolls sprinkled with Candied Bacon also known as Pigamon Rolls. Plus, you get to cheat and use packaged cinnamon rolls. Thank you John Dawson, you are a genius in our book.
