Caffeine and other contents: A 15 ounce can packs a whopping 122 mg of caffeine, compared to the 80 mg in an eight ounce can of Red Bull. There’s also 6 mg of Guarana (herbal caffeine), 25 mg of Taurine, and 200 percent the recommended daily allowances of vitamins B2 and B6.

Caffeine kick: More subtle than coffee, but still formidable. Half a can will carry most through their mornings and into the lunch hour.
