Carefree Art & Wine Festival
Carefree kicks off its 18th Annual Fine Art and Wine Festival this weekend. Get your fill of art, jewelry, sculptures, world music and wine all in beautiful Downtown Carefree. Enjoy wine from several different wineries including local favorites Kokopelli Winery and Page Springs Cellars. Admission to the festival is $3 per person with an additional fee of $10 to participate in the wine tasting. 6 tasting tickets are included and additional tasting tickets are $1 each. Parking is free. The festival runs from January 14th through the 16th from 10 to 5 p.m. each day. Click here for more details.
Spinach Lasagna Roll Ups
Finding low-fat recipes that taste good and still make you feel like you have eaten a full meal can be a challenge. We were super excited when we came across Gina’s Skinny Recipes Spinach Lasagna Rolls on C+C Marriage Factory’s blog. We made them last night using store bought pasta sauce, they were great but next time we will make our own. Make two pans and freeze one for a spur of the moment dinner with friends. These will be a hit!
