Hungry for your early morning serving of food news, with no preservatives or additives?
Vino & Cucina Join Cave & Ives tomorrow night for an evening of wine and food Portico-style. Hosted by Italian wine expert Aldo Zaninotto from the Vietti and Alois Lageder wineries in Italy, the four course dinner will feature tuna tartare, pancetta wrapped shrimp, pappardelle pasta with a black truffle cream sauce, and roasted wild boar. Zaniotto will pair each course with a specially selected wine and speak about the region of the winery, explain the process of how their wine is made, and give you a couple tasting pointers. Reservations are required, $45 ++ per person. Call 602-955-1924 for details.
