Famed Valley chef, restaurateur, and Sasquatch Burger inventor Aaron May will be the featured guest at Monti’s La Casa Vieja from 5 to 10 p.m., tomorrow, May 24.
As part of the restaurant’s Celebrity Chef Series, which has included the likes of Executive Chef Beau MacMillan of elements at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain and Chef Matt Carter of Zinc Bistro and The Mission, May, who was inducted into Arizona’s Culinary Hall of Fame last year, will be sharing some of his Spanish-inspired creations at the historic Tempe building (See menu at right.)
