Last week Marcus Samuelsson, award-winning chef, cookbook author, and food activist, gave props to local celebu-chef Beau MacMillan on his website. After calling him “fun,” “ebullient,” and “one of the great people I’ve met during my travels,” Samuelsson lists Beau Mac’s top five picks for restaurants in Arizona (not including MacMillan’s current gig at elements at Sanctuary at Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley.)
So what top five dining spots in Arizona did MacMillan name?
