Chef Bernie Kantak of Citizen Public House, the new restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale serving up standard American favorites with a delicious kick in the ass, will be heading North to Cave Creek to join Jon Spahr, chef and owner of Amaro Pizzeria and Vino Lounge, for a special wine dinner at 6:30 p.m., Monday, July 18.
The five-course wine dinner will feature such goodies as braised pork belly, black mustard gnocchetti, and fig strudel.
